This policy covers the app-directory and support pages on burakbozteke.com.tr. QR-Fi has its own App Privacy Policy. Other separately operated services or applications on this domain are outside the scope of this website policy.
Support requests
The contact form stores the name, email address, selected application or general topic, subject, and message you submit, together with a submission time, reference number, and support status. These details are used to read your request and respond to you. Supplying a message is voluntary; an email address is needed for a reply. Please do not submit passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal information.
Storage, access, and retention
Support messages are stored as JSON on this website’s server outside the public website directory. Access is restricted to the developer’s authenticated administration panel and authorized server administration. Messages are not sold or used for marketing. Requests are retained for up to 12 months from submission and then removed when the inbox is next accessed or a new message is saved. You can request earlier deletion using the contact form. If a reply is sent by email, the email provider also processes that correspondence under its own policies.
Security and technical information
The web server may record IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, and browser information in access or error logs for operation and security. Temporary rate-limit records use a keyed hash of an IP address rather than storing it in a support message. These records expire after their short security window and are removed on later form activity. Server log retention is managed separately through the server’s logging configuration.
Cookies
The support form and administration panel use an essential session cookie for form security and login. This app-directory website does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or tracking pixels. Your browser may remove the session cookie when you close the session.

You can browse the public app and privacy pages without submitting a form. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of support information, contact Burak Bozteke using the same email address as your original request where possible. Reasonable verification may be needed before disclosing or changing a message.
